Like Mario Kart and other good racing games, the appeal here is the regular supply of power-ups and their diverse functions. Winning isn't about carefully navigating a course, it's about blasting your opponents and slowing them down though taking pains to ensure you're not a victim of your own actions. The multiplayer modes are well done, and the game isn't overly complicated, meaning you'll find yourself playing again and again.
